iwfm.sub.rz_dest_file

Copy the surface flow destination file (DESTFL, rootzone v4.12+) and reduce to the elements in a submodel.

sub_rz_dest_file(old_filename, new_filename, ...)

Read the original surface flow destination file, keep the destination pairs of the submodel elements, and write out a new file.
